Would have left zero stars if possible.

Would have left zero stars if possible. Do not use this rip off insurance company! I just changed my car and gone from group 36 down to group 22, I expected a refund but was charged more... Also my renewal quote is £630 the exact same as my previous car. I did the comparison quotes on Google and quotes from other insurers are at least £300 cheaper. Aviva ..Age discrimination in my opinion

Well I got my renewal from Aviva at the end of last year to be told my premium was increasing by over 70% no logical reason given ….it was take it or leave it. No Accidents 40 years No Claims or Convictions. No Health Issues. Purely Age discrimination in my opinion Reviewed on: 23rd February 2025

Aviva is a scam insurance.

Aviva is a scam insurance. If you can live them, do it as quickly as possible. They said I was involved in car accident, while I wasn't. Then they closed my case with short note: non fault. It's allowed use NDC but mean I was involved in car accident just not my fault and it will effect my premium. What a,scam. Shame Aviva. Stay away from this insurance.

Stay away from this insurance. Just moved to another house a few hundreds meters from the previous (same area) and got my premium raised by £40. New house is even "safer" from a insurance point of view as it has a driveway and, as stated, is in the same area. I have been in a call just for the lady on the phone to tell me that there's nothing you can do. Aviva Zero online Car insurance.

Just took out car insurance with Aviva Zero online. Very good proce with far better excess offer than my previous insurer. Website and information was very clear and easy to use. Include NCD cober and general legal cover. £180 cheaper than my renewal quote. Checked the review site too and seem like a reasonable offer. Reviewed on: 20th November 2024
