auto renewed me into a policy I didn't want

auto renewed me into a policy I didn't want and charged me £28 to cancel it 2 days after the start date. Please can you arrange a refund of the charge, as I did not want this policy, and cancelled soon after it started. Reviewed on: 1st December 2025

Not good!

I went with Aviva for my insurance after getting a new car. I filled in all the extras etc and clicked protect no claims, however this did not add on. I tried several times to try and rectify this. I tried the online chat, calling up etc and I got rude replies. The online chat got me nowhere the first time, so had to ring up. After finally getting through, I told the lady the problem and after 2 minutes she ended the call after saying “I can’t do it”. I then tried one last time on the online chat before they closed and got the same rude replies, even though this was not my fault. I explained I’d have to cancel my policy, and it took them a while to say no again, and then say when do you want to cancel. Such a small thing but not something you expect when you’re paying a lot of money for insurance. Reviewed on: 20th October 2025

Motor Insurance Fraudster

I reported a probationary driver who has a motor insurance policy with Aviva. This person is delivering food around the East End of Newcastle upon Tyne and doing so without the required by law "Hire and Reward" motor insurance. She is therefore operating uninsured as Aviva do not cover motorists for delivery of goods. Not only that but the woman has been stalking and harassing me yet Aviva just turn a blind eye to her insurance fraud. The police are also aware of this but wouldn't you think she would be taken off the roads? Reviewed on: 23rd September 2025
