True story about Aviva car insurance

Hi everyone, I just want to tell everyone a small part of the truth about the website Go Compare and Aviva I got a quote from Go Compare and went to Aviva website from there, and tried to pay but when I looked at the big difference in price then I thought it was a mistake and called the insurance company directly, after talking to a lady who was not interested at all in my questions I asked her if I could talk to the manager, after a long wait she brought the manager when they agreed what she would tell me to my questions why there was a big difference in the price that I found on the go compare page. Only the woman who introduced herself as the manager was very rude and wouldn't let me explain even if I sent proof that I wasn't lying about anything I was telling her. After one day I tried several times to edit on the go compare website a new search but go compare no longer allowed me to do anything and they didn't want to show me any price for my car. That's why I warn everyone to bypass this insurance because they will have fewer problems or simply let everyone read only the negative reviews and see what the insurance company does when you take their insurance. Was given an initial quote.Very unhelpful, customer service just repeat their answers, poorly trained,Beware of this insurance company. The staff are unhelpful and provide poor customer service. While the premiums may appear cheaper initially, there are hidden charges after purchase, and they will demand additional fees later.The worst service I’ve ever experienced. Probably the worst customer service I have encountered in a long time. Didn’t even try to help me. Aviva is a scam insurance.

Aviva is a scam insurance. If you can live them, do it as quickly as possible. They said I was involved in car accident, while I wasn't. Then they closed my case with short note: non fault. It's allowed use NDC but mean I was involved in car accident just not my fault and it will effect my premium. What a,scam. Shame Aviva. Stay away from this insurance.

Stay away from this insurance. Just moved to another house a few hundreds meters from the previous (same area) and got my premium raised by £40. New house is even "safer" from a insurance point of view as it has a driveway and, as stated, is in the same area. I have been in a call just for the lady on the phone to tell me that there's nothing you can do. Not only car insurance prices are all over the moon but get a safer place is not even a good thing anymore. I guess it doesn't matter anymore where I leave my car because regardless they just don't care. Just care of your wallet. Reviewed on: 18th January 2025

Aviva Zero online Car insurance.

Just took out car insurance with Aviva Zero online. Very good proce with far better excess offer than my previous insurer. Website and information was very clear and easy to use. Include NCD cober and general legal cover. £180 cheaper than my renewal quote. Checked the review site too and seem like a reasonable offer. Reviewed on: 20th November 2024
