A company that gives great customer service, a rarity nowadays!

Aviva may not be the cheapest provider of car insurance however their product together with a call centre that actually employs knowlegable, courteous, helpful and professional persons that do indeed treat the customer not only fairly but respectfully. Reviewed on: 26th March 2015

I can in to buy a new car insurance for my first buy in UK. I did know a little bit about the system, but everything was explained, the best insurance chosen and left really happy, saved money :) Reviewed on: 25th March 2015

i have been with them for a few years now and i reckon they are the best car insurance company out there very understanding, outstanding customer service and all staff are very knowledgeable. they beat the next competitor buy 40 pounds and the following year when i found somewhere cheaper they beat the price for by 10 pounds !! overall i am really happy with them and would recommend people use them Reviewed on: 25th March 2015
