DO NOT PURCHASE INSURANCE ONLINE FROM AVIVA.
I got a policy online from Aviva, and l had 7 years No claims discount which was split between to cars, my personal and company car.
They then rejected proof of No claims because it was part earned on a company.
I accepted this conclusion.
l then changed my policy only to include 4 years No claims, which increased my premium and l got new Policy.
A week and half later l get an email saying my policy has been cancelled on grounds that l did not provide proof no claims discount. Which was incorrect as l send multiple evidence.
As someone that’s been long term Aviva customer, l am extremely disappointed that l am unable to speak to a person, just constant emails from different people saying the same line “ Your policy has been cancelled, please get a new quote” no justification as to why my proof was incorrectly interpreted.
