Aviva is a scam insurance.

Aviva is a scam insurance. If you can live them, do it as quickly as possible. They said I was involved in car accident, while I wasn't. Then they closed my case with short note: non fault. It's allowed use NDC but mean I was involved in car accident just not my fault and it will effect my premium. What a,scam. Shame Aviva. I did a quote online but a few days later was unable to find. Called aviva and spoke to a lovely young lady who found my quote and progressed it to cover stage in a few minutes, cover was fully explained and all questions regarding my policy were answered. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2024

Customer service is amazing.

Customer service is amazing. When a 3rd party hit my car Aviva did everything they could to make things as easy as possible to sort. I was kept informed at all stages and felt reassured throughout the process. The repairs were carried out quickly, solicitors found and replacement car sourced quickly. Within a very short time the whole process was completed and my car repaired to a very high standard with works guaranteed. Any queries I had were dealt with promptly and efficiently.
