Good reviews and a great price

I have only joined AXA a few months ago. They were very easy to join and had good reviews. I got my insurance for a decent price. I thankfully haven't had to use them for any problems so cannot.l comment on this aspect. Reviewed on: 7th August 2017

outstanding claim

Hi, been trying to get in touch with AXA claims regarding an outstanding claim. The service is absolutely horrendous. I have phoned 5 times and each time been placed on hold until I have had to hang up because of other things that I have to do. Once waited 50 mins and still no one answered .I have emailed them 3 times and had no reply . These guys are cheap for a reason and the customer service is the reason. Stay clear. A little extra

Came to a great arrangement to make first motor insurance more affordable for me and my family. Dual insurance quotes were worked out over a few phone calls and made it much more affordable. A few extra pounds for fuel :) Reviewed on: 31st July 2017

Good for the first year

As with all insurance companies Axa lure you in at the outset with a reasonable quote for car insurance, then at renewal that reasonable price is hiked considerably. Having said that we needed to add an additional driver for a weeks holiday and it was very quick and easy to do, and judging by the research I did, at reasonable cost too. Easy to view all documents on line plus plenty of reminders via text and email. Surprisingly easy to cancel too, I expected a phone call and hard sell but I cancelled the renewal quote online. Fantastic 5 star service

I have been using axa for 4 years now. From the moment I passed my driving test they have always been the cheapest insurance. I had to take time off work once and couldn't make one of my monthly payments. The customer service I received was 2nd to none. they were so understanding of my circumstances and helped me get sorted out quickly without hesitation. if anyone asks about insurance I will always tell them how outstanding axa are Reviewed on: 15th July 2017
