Fantastic 5 star service

I have been using axa for 4 years now. From the moment I passed my driving test they have always been the cheapest insurance. I had to take time off work once and couldn't make one of my monthly payments. The customer service I received was 2nd to none. they were so understanding of my circumstances and helped me get sorted out quickly without hesitation. if anyone asks about insurance I will always tell them how outstanding axa are Reviewed on: 15th July 2017

They were ok up to a point however they cancelled my policy as soon as i moved address which has put me off ever recommending them. This left me with the inconvenience of finding a new insurer before the end of my premium expiry date with no notice. Upon speaking to adviser I was told they do not insurer cars within my new postcode and therefore my insurance would become invalid from that day onwards and I would need to look elsewhere for cover. Insane excesses

Was going to change my insurance over to axa as they topped the comparison sites in terms of price. However on closer inspection, the excess amount was more than the policy price itself! Stupid. Reviewed on: 22nd March 2017

Over an hour waiting to speak to staff

If you were involved in an accident you would first of all need to pray to God that someone answers. From customer services to claims to everyone in that company lets just say you will need a special VISA to speak to their precious incompetent staff!!!! AXA give me my excess payments back before I go to a small claims court !!!! Reviewed on: 25th October 2016

The WORST insurance company!!!!

The WORST insurance company ever. Constantly being lied to, emails being ignored, we've been on hold for 45 mins at a time trying to get through. WE HAVE BEEN CHASING THIRD PARTY INSURERS AND CONTACTS OURSELVES TO TRY AND SPEED THINGS UP (Basically doing their job for them) BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO SENSE OF URGENCY. We were involved in a non fault accident and they have made very minimal steps to getting this sorted for us... On going complaint for weeks and it's got us nowhere. No contact for over two weeks!!! They'll take your money for the policy and give you bad service when you do need them. Id rather have paid an extra £500 than go with Axa and have the stress of this... Please save yourself the hassle and never use Axa. You will regret it if you do! Reviewed on: 1st October 2016
