Ok until you need to change your car

Never had any problems with AXA until I changed my car mid policy. Went from a sporty car to a Ford Mondeo and the insurance cost went up an EXTRA £500!!! How they arrived at this figure I do not know. Needless to say, I cancelled my policy on the spot and went on the compare websites to find insurance that cost the same as what I was paying on my old car. Disgusting rip off in my eyes - I suggest you all vote with your feet if you experience the same as I did. Reviewed on: 21st July 2016

The only insurance company I have been with that didn't hike up the renewal price. Reviewed on: 18th July 2016

In 25yrs the Worst Car Insurance

1
Where do I start!! Just don't waste your money this company is just appalling I recently changed my car mid policy!!! Well if you buy a new car they won't find it and will try to insure you on a different model??? And try to make a windscreen claim they have just tried to wriggle out of responsibility for anything fitted to the screen such as built in camera's which need recalibrating at an additional cost by a main dealer as Autoglass who you have to use in their own words are still training engineers. Its about time this industry was controlled regulated properly and stopped for its fraudulent activities. Today so far I am onto the fifth person in claims and have been on hold for an hour... ALL I WANT is a new windscreen as I got a crack yesterday no too much to ask... Reviewed on: 8th April 2016

Cheeky Charges

They spelled my Dad's name as Clark, but it has an E on the end. When he asked to get it changed, they asked for £30! I don't think they should charge when they made the error - needless to say the next year he changed insurance company! Reviewed on: 16th March 2016
