outstanding claim

Hi, been trying to get in touch with AXA claims regarding an outstanding claim. The service is absolutely horrendous. I have phoned 5 times and each time been placed on hold until I have had to hang up because of other things that I have to do. Once waited 50 mins and still no one answered .I have emailed them 3 times and had no reply . These guys are cheap for a reason and the customer service is the reason. Stay clear.
