Complicated trust process made easier through BBS

We like having local branches with very friendly face-to-face staff - we like having a passbook (and will be most upset if you ever “Go Digital” and replace the passbook!) and your rates are decent. You do know your customers

Your staff are fab. Just in wood street to get my accounts updated and witness your staff helping a deaf customer, such a good way they had with each other. Great service from Gemma at Oldfield Park Branch
