Putting wrongs right

Things can and do go wrong from time to time. That does not bother me that much but how a society resolves the issue is very important to me. I an issue with a small ISA which went unnoticed for some time. After pointing out the error, I felt that I had personal attention right up to time of resolution. Faith restored! Using a Power of Attorney to open an account

I opened an account for my mother under a Power of Attorney. The staff in your Wood Street branch were excellent as this transaction was more complicated than usual. They were very welcoming and very helpful. Reviewed on: 14th May 2025
