Best insurance company

I never considered any Pay as you go car insurance company before I signed contract with By Miles. Some said pay as you go won't be cheap and tracking system matters for privacy. However, By Miles shows its convenience and reliability for me. 24 hours online customer service and quick response for claim or enquiry are very impressive. For me, a car owner but don't need to commute for hours everyday. By Miles is good choice for sure. Reviewed on: 16th August 2022

Miles tracker faulty

I joined by miles and have been sent the tracker. The tracker seemed faulty as I plugged it in the obd-2 socket it disabled my tyre inflation system, electronic brake system, engine system and car start system meaning the engine would not start to work, the car was dead! The first repair has cost me 1100. I contacted by miles and was asked for the miles tracker serial number. A software update would be given and I should try again. So I tried it again for a 2nd time and same faults again and the car needed a repair again this time it has cost me 350. I had my car repaired for a summary of 1450 and all I received is my insurance refund and an apology. No compensation or refund for the repair costs. Avoid! Reviewed on: 9th November 2022

4th year going strong

I've been with ByMiles for four years now, and haven't got a bad thing to say about them. Easy to get hold of via phone, web interface or app, easy to report an accident. And much cheaper compared to the other cmpanies - not as much as a few years ago, but still by a few hundred £££s. Reviewed on: 22nd October 2022

I had to leave By Miles because I'd found a better quote elsewhere, but from start to finish, the customer experience was amszing.
