great customer service, always fair even when they can't help

I had to leave By Miles because I'd found a better quote elsewhere, but from start to finish, the customer experience was amszing. They really care about customers and they're proactive as well, getting things sorted or answering questions I didn't think to ask immediately. Reviewed on: 14th October 2022
