By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

Fantastic Service All Round....

They are a very professional team and their customer service is excellent. They were able to resolve a claim swiftly, and in a timely manner. I did not even had to stress about how I was going to get around, as it was taken out of my hands and handled, as I expected. A courtesy car was provided. and once the vehicle was repaired collection was arranged to fit in with my working hours. I renewed for a second time and and I am happy with the service. What I love about this is using the app and keeping an eye on my mileage. Great service all round. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2025
