I had an issue with my cash back and at first I had not received a brilliant response with no help at all being offered. Since then I have been in contact with Chase and I am happy to report they have resolved the problem amicably. Nice to know

Nice to know what you have spent before you spend it! The app is usually faster at letting you know money is being spent than the retailer. The customer service is also excellent with quick responses to questions are answered and explained well. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2025

So glad I joined Chase

I found the process from downloading the App to operating my current account very straightforward. I like that I'm earning cashback on everyday spending. I can also drip feed small amounts into savings by using the Round Up option. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2025
