Efficient Helpful Banking

10 months as customer and enjoying the app and experience.Added to that they will be paying interest on current accounts soon. Only downside is recent App changes were a step backwards which have yet to be dealt with Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Just the shake up needed

The new Chase current account is just the shake up the tired UK banking system needed. While Monzo and other App only banks blazed a promising trail, only Chase so far has put a really innovative package together on a very stable, easy-to-use platform. The linked savings account, with great rates and a whopping half million quid limit, is icing on the cake. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

An excellent bank to deal with

I’m very happy I was persuaded to use Chase for banking. The app is so easy to use. All information is very easy to find, including all details for the bank card which aren’t actually shown on the bank card, which makes it more secure. I like the fact that for the first 12 months I receive a 1% reward on my purchases, which soon mounts up. I can also open a savings account paying 3% AER. It’s so easy to transfer money to the account from a linked accounts and this has been done instantly each time. I can’t praise Chase enough and have recommended it to family and friends.
