I had an issue with my cash back and at first I had not received a brilliant response with no help at all being offered. Since then I have been in contact with Chase and I am happy to report they have resolved the problem amicably. Very happy with how this has turned out as originally it was a very disappointing situation. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2025

Cash back refused as transaction was 4 hours too early

I made a payment on 28/02/25 at 19:29 and as I had already reached my cash back limit it would not give me cash back on that transaction. I tried to contact their customer services but got no help at all and just a scripted line about how I was outside my allowance for that month. If I had made the payment 4 hours later it would have counted yet no gesture of goodwill was offered by Chase and they simply refused to do anything about it. I asked several times for the matter to be escalated to a senior manager and this to was refused/ignored. I am now starting to wonder if I should stop using them as my day to day bank and find an alternative. Reviewed on: 1st March 2025
