Avoid if you want reasonable service

Absolutely appalling customer service. Refused to explain why they needed certain info, even after formal complaint. Escalated to FOS who ruled in my favour and then ignored the ruling for 8 weeks before being forced to follow by FOS. Reviewed on: 12th October 2024

Brilliant bank . Easy to use. Emails to let you know your transactions instantly. Use the savings account also which has a very competitive interest rate. Reviewed on: 31st May 2024

Great customer service.

Great customer service. Advisers are knowledgeable, polite, efficient and nothing is too much trouble. Response times are fabulous - hardly ever wait long for your call to. E answered. Additionally, the chase app is super customer friendly. Easy to navigate, and I love the Nutmeg financial advice option. Reviewed on: 30th May 2024
