Chase has invested in a brilliant App. It's easy to use and view your balances and purchase information. Chase offer great customer service. I received an immediate response when I ever I experienced issues from an advisor whose first language was not a barrier to comprehension. Unbeatable spending rewards and very competitive savings rates. Zero charges when used abroad. Reviewed on: 28th February 2025

Very easy site to use for online banking, once set up it is quickly and easily accessible. Rewards are great. If needed the online customer support is excellent, they respond quickly and are very helpful. I was with my previous bank for a long time but do not regret changing to Chase.
