Wonderful Cashback and Interest Rates and also easy to use and access help when you need to. I am neurodivergent so I appreciate how easy the app is to use and the customer service whenever I need it. I have been able to save thanks to the wonderful cash back rates as well as the interest. I use the Chase app every day and for everything I have to pay at home and also abroad. It's easy and simple to use it. The support is fantastic 24/7. Chase is my favourite bank now. well done chase. Reviewed on: 14th August 2024

1% cash back is good.

I get 1% cash back on many transactions which is good. There’s also a round up system. That gives 5% interest but it is very small amounts so not significant. Some transactions are denied which can be annoying. Reviewed on: 1st August 2024

Chase gets great reviews, but my experience is woeful

Chase gets great reviews, but my experience has been woeful when I upgraded my phone. The app demanded reauthentication on a new handset. This has failed on multiple occasions, locking me out from my funds. The best the offshore helpdesks could manage was advice to wear a black t-shirt when taking my identification selfie. Getting 1% back on everything is fantastic. But everything else is just a bit.. meh. The app is not bad, but still buggy and odd. The design is poor, they could do a lot more to help us budget and visualise our spending. The bank card itself is glitchy (it is old though so could be fixed), and doesn't get recognised about 10% of the time. And the Chase bank that was once welcoming to new customers and pulling out all the stops to bring them in seems to have put the brakes on that a bit, and not much new to go on. And as an aside, they aren't particularly ethical when it comes to how they invest your money. Chase: let's get back on the right track! Reviewed on: 27th July 2024

I joined Chase last month in June 2024.

I joined Chase last month in June 2024. Since then I have made nearly £10 in cash back within a month, I love their 1% cash back on every purchase I make which makes me more inclined to someday make chase one of main accounts when they introduce credit cards, overdrafts and joint accounts. I have never once had a bad experience with chase. I’m looking forward to spending many more years with chase. Reviewed on: 13th July 2024
