Great app and bank!

Great app and bank! Very good value too. The only issue is I've had a couple of issues trying to add my bank details to set up a direct debit on the app. However, the team were all so helpful trying to resolve this and did this for me manually on their end. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2025

Wonderful!

Wonderful Cashback and Interest Rates and also easy to use and access help when you need to. I am neurodivergent so I appreciate how easy the app is to use and the customer service whenever I need it. I have been able to save thanks to the wonderful cash back rates as well as the interest. Chase is great!

Chase is great! It is very easy to use and the interest rate is also great. The 1% cash back has been so helpful in the cost of living crisis and this is definitely my favourite bank. I recommend it to all my friends! Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
