Chase gets great reviews, but my experience is woeful

Chase gets great reviews, but my experience has been woeful when I upgraded my phone. The app demanded reauthentication on a new handset. This has failed on multiple occasions, locking me out from my funds. The best the offshore helpdesks could manage was advice to wear a black t-shirt when taking my identification selfie.
