Rewards are great - now let's make the rest of it great

Getting 1% back on everything is fantastic. But everything else is just a bit.. meh. The app is not bad, but still buggy and odd. The design is poor, they could do a lot more to help us budget and visualise our spending. The bank card itself is glitchy (it is old though so could be fixed), and doesn't get recognised about 10% of the time. And the Chase bank that was once welcoming to new customers and pulling out all the stops to bring them in seems to have put the brakes on that a bit, and not much new to go on. And as an aside, they aren't particularly ethical when it comes to how they invest your money. Chase: let's get back on the right track! Reviewed on: 27th July 2024

It's fine, I suppose

I've had no problems. But their standard 4.1% rate isn't much to write home about, and the eligibility for the 5.1% boost seems quite narrow and opaque. I just want a standard, consistently good rate - even if it isn't the highest. Reviewed on: 27th July 2024
