Great Experience with Chase Bank! I’ve been banking with Chase for years, and their service is excellent. Their mobile app is easy to use, customer support is always helpful, and their credit card rewards are among the best. With plenty of branches and ATMs, banking is always convenient. Easy to use, quick response from advisors.

I really like the Chase App, it's very intuitive and easy to use. I like that you can 'chat' with an advisor 24/7 and have found they always get back to me very quickly. They have been helpful in resolving issues with transactions. You used to get 1% cashback on overseas spending. I travel a lot so I'm disappointed that they've stopped this. It's also a bit inconvenient that they have increased the amount you have to pay into the account each month to be eligible for the cashback. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2025
