It's just so easy to use.

It's just so easy to use. Everything you need to know is in the app. You can pay with your app or a card. You can get money out of the bank with your card. You can move money between accounts instantly. Last year they had a high interest account offer and I could instantly move money into it. I can check my balance on the go and move money into the account instantly if I'm standing at a checkout and suddenly realise I don't have enough in my current account. Very high international transfer charges

Chase’s overseas transfer fees are just too high. The exchange rates aren’t competitive, and the additional charges make international transactions far more expensive than they should be. Reviewed on: 21st February 2025

Great Company but poor customer service

I had high hopes for Chase’s current account, but the customer service has been a huge letdown. Getting help is incredibly frustrating – long wait times, unhelpful responses, and a lack of urgency in resolving issues. I had a problem with a transaction, and despite multiple attempts to contact support, I was passed around different agents with no resolution. They are worth the money, but service can go up leaps and bounds. Reviewed on: 21st February 2025

Chase provide extra benefits

I have had a great experience with Chase banking and let others know about their offers. I moved from another bank with no benefits on their current account to Chase which provides benefits including extra bonus like 1% cash back when inputting £1500 per month. The app is really easy to use and being able to move transactions into the relevant pot (e.g spending, going out) is useful. There could be an option to create your own category which would be good.
