What’s not to love! If I have a query and message them, they respond in seconds. Cash back brilliant, round up function brilliant and excellent interest rate for savings. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Great product when it launched, not so good now

This was a great product when it started because the debit card gave 1% cashback on the vast majority of spending, but recently they restricted the cashback to supermarkets, fuel, and travel, so this is a serious loss. Reviewed on: 21st April 2025

Quick, clear, helpful, great banking!

I went online to find a bank that didn’t charge for oversees purchases. A friend had recommended Chase, and a well known online money advisor also recommended Chase. Within minutes I had a current account and in days my card had arrived. The App is great and the messages sent helpful and not too many. whilst on holiday I could keep track of my spending easily.
