been with them over 25 years

ive always had a great experience with the coop, expecially their customer service. whenever ive had a problem theyve always gone over and above to solve it - especially when i had a fraud incident - stolen money was returned within minutes. Reviewed on: 13th January 2022

Ethical and efficient bank

I moved my current account to the Cooperative Bank as it scored highly as an ethical bank. I have been very happy with the service. The ap is easy to use, staff are efficient and helpful. I pay a monthly fee for my current account and am very happy with the additional benefits particularly the annual holiday insurance and access to airport lounges. Reviewed on: 9th March 2023

15 Years with Cooperative Bank: A Mixed but Ethical Banking Experience

I have been a customer of Cooperative Bank for over 15 years and have been generally satisfied with my current account. The bank's commitment to ethical and sustainable practices aligns with my values, and I appreciate that my money is being used to support positive social and environmental initiatives. Excellent bank

Coop bank is great, they offer good savings rates, update quickly and customer service is very helpful. However, their online banking and app is a little outdated and there are not as many branches around as other high street banks but otherwise they are very good and feel like a more friendly bank than others. Most ethical on the high street

Green and easy

Co-op Bank has ethical policies including no fossil fuel investments. We don't have branches of any bank in our little town but we are able to do anything we need at the Post Office or online. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2023
