Wonderful service from warm people

Darlington Building Society have been my mortgage provider since 2020. All my interactions with the Society either by phone or online have been positive and enabling. The staff I have spoken with have been very professional and listened carefully to my needs. On a wider level the whole ethos of their fundamental purpose shines through in their communications via newsletter etc. I would wholeheartedly recommend them in a heartbeat. First mortgage first time buyer lots of support and help. Excellent customer services. Received a surprise welcome gift, lovely presentation box of tea coffee mugs and biscuits etc. I’d definitely recommend you give the Darlington a try. We have been very satisfied. Money is tight buying your first house The Darlington added fees to my mortgage which made life easier. Will definitely look to renew in 18 months time. Reviewed on: 28th March 2024

We recently took out our first mortgage with Darlington. Everything has ran smoothly from the get go. I’d like to specifically give Lyle a shoutout for how helpful he has been throughout!
