Thank you for hearing me.

I reached out to Darlington BS when having difficulty getting a mortgage after being told I would have to accept an adverse credit mortgage at higher rates. I did not have adverse credit other than a dispute with an energy company that was with the ombudsman, but was being turned down by lenders even my own bank that could see my credit history and finance management. It was demoralising. My friend told me how Darlington BS had listened to her and gave her a standard mortgage so I contacted them. They asked me to provide a full credit report and their underwriters would make a decision, and fortunately found in my favour providing me with a good mortgage and faultless communication and help. Mortgage Adviser (Paula) answered all of my questions and provided extra and relevant information. After speaking with her, I feel confident regarding moving to a new property should I decide to do so.
