I would like to start by saying that I have always found Darlington Building Society to be professional, helpful, and supportive. Whenever I speak to your team by phone, my queries are handled efficiently and courteously, which I truly appreciate. I would, however, like to share some constructive feedback regarding your digital service. On several occasions, I have submitted queries online but unfortunately did not receive a response. As a result, I have had to follow up and resolve the matter by phone each time. While your telephone support is excellent, it would be very helpful if online enquiries were responded to more consistently, as this would save time and improve the overall customer experience. In addition, I would like to state that digital statements should be free of charge as it is important for customer convenience and fairness.
