We applied for a single owner joint borrower mortgage to support our son buying his home . The Mortgage Adviser Ann Walpole was excellent throughout the process. It was not just the quality of advice provided and the service , it was the fact that Ann demonstrated real empathy & went the extra mile to ensure that the mortgage was in place to allow our son to purchase his home. As older people it was not easy for us to find a lender for us to purchase our property despite a 50% deposit from us. A broker recommended Darlington as it has a reputation for looking at individual needs and attributes. We have had excellent assistance and service throughout - wonderful, helpful staff!.
