Always at the top of their game!

I do not tend to make that many physical visits to the Darlington branch, but whenever I do, I never consider it to be a chore, as I know that from walking through the door I will be treated courteously and professionally at all times. That instils in me, the confidence to know that I am dealing with, and that I am part of, one of the best financial businesses in the North-East of England. Reviewed on: 29th January 2026

Very Friendly

Have used DBS for many years and have always found them to be friendly and helpful. Nothing ever seems to be a problem and the staff go out of their way to ensure that I always receive a very high standard of customer service. Reviewed on: 8th April 2025
