First Time Buyer - Ann

I honestly cannot recommend Ann enough. I came to her after a previous experience with another mortgage advisor had left me feeling hopeless and convinced that I wasn’t going to be able to secure the mortgage I needed. From the moment I was put in touch with Ann, everything changed. She reassured me every step of the way and made what could have been an incredibly stressful process feel manageable. The whole experience felt so personal, and nothing was ever too much trouble for her. As a solo first-time buyer, navigating the mortgage process on my own felt quite daunting, but Ann made the entire experience as smooth and straightforward as possible. I’m extremely grateful for all of her support and reassurance in helping me get to this point. Overall it was a great Customer service experience

Mortgage adviser Cheryl Allen handled my re-mortgage application with extra borrowing and it was a smooth process. And Cheryl asked for the relevant documentation without wasting time. Support when I needed it

I have my mortgage with Darlington and contacted them after having an operation. I work through an agency and thd statutory sick pay was half my pay and reducing weekly. I can't thank them enough for providing me with alternative options to manage my mortgage payments. It was extremely helpful especially at a time when I was feeling very stressed. New 2 year deal.....

Mandy was superb with her help and guidance regarding the renewal of New our mortgage. Every option was carefully explained to me by Mandy which gave me full confidence in my final decision for my renewal.
