Wonderful service from warm people

Darlington Building Society have been my mortgage provider since 2020. All my interactions with the Society either by phone or online have been positive and enabling. The staff I have spoken with have been very professional and listened carefully to my needs. On a wider level the whole ethos of their fundamental purpose shines through in their communications via newsletter etc. I would wholeheartedly recommend them in a heartbeat.
