We were recommended Darlington building society,

We were recommended Darlington building society, I can’t remember who. We were surprised that the whole procedure was manual but being older we was perfectly happy with the process, it was in-depth and thorough. We found the interest rate to be competitive. Rates are not that competitive.

Rates are not that competitive. I asked about reducing mortgage term but they wanted £70 to do this which I didn't think was fair value. Reviewed on: 16th April 2025

Simply fabulous!!!

I have had my mortgage with them for almost 5 years now. No issues at all. Excellent at helping - easy to contact, I am also able to regularly receive updates thru email and post.
