As older people it was not easy for us to find a lender for us to purchase our property despite a 50% deposit from us. A broker recommended Darlington as it has a reputation for looking at individual needs and attributes. We have had excellent assistance and service throughout - wonderful, helpful staff!. A breath of fresh air...

Dealing with the Darlington is like a breath of fresh air, having had other mortgages with a range of lenders, Darlington is the one I have gone back to - and would do so again. They are people wo are dealing with people - and their company ethics are actually shared by the people who work for them - it's not just an advertising strap line. Our designated contact person Ann W has been absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to help us with the bureaucracy that has come from all the other people who you have to deal with when taking out a mortgage.
