great service without problems

Good qualtiy company deffinately use them next year, this is our secound year with them and although it went up a little we do live in an area that can flood, so getting a insurance provider is never easy, these guys have been great. Reviewed on: 24th April 2020

Excellent

My HD TV was accidentally broken! I phoned and I was coved under their home insurance. I received £800 pounds in vouchers to use at Comet. I even had a choice what to spend the vouchers on I didn't have to buy a replacement tv. Reviewed on: 11th November 2015

Great service with no hassle

Direct line home insurance is really the best I have ever had. When something does go wrong you want a quick and easy fix without all the hassle of form filling etc.Direct line does exactly this and your items replaced very swiftly with understanding and care. Reviewed on: 5th November 2015

Good price and simple claims procedure

I've been with Direct Line for my home insurance for several years now - although I always shop around at each renewal, they consistently give the best price for the level of cover I want. Earlier this year I was unfortunate enough to need to make a claim. I was very impressed with the speed and efficiency with which they handled the claim, and kept me informed at each stage of the process. Reviewed on: 5th November 2015

Great value

When the time came to renew my insurance, I did the standard "comparing Meercats", but then thought I'd give Direct Line a try, as I know they're famously not on the comparison sites. Their quote was far and away the cheapest, for a similar level of cover. I've not had cause to make a claim ( and hopefully I never will !! ), so I can't comment on their claims process, but they are one of the best-known names so I anticipate that, should the worst happen, there won't be any problems.
