brilliant

Great service with no hassle

Direct line home insurance is really the best I have ever had. When something does go wrong you want a quick and easy fix without all the hassle of form filling etc.Direct line does exactly this and your items replaced very swiftly with understanding and care. Reviewed on: 5th November 2015

Good price and simple claims procedure

I've been with Direct Line for my home insurance for several years now - although I always shop around at each renewal, they consistently give the best price for the level of cover I want. Earlier this year I was unfortunate enough to need to make a claim. I was very impressed with the speed and efficiency with which they handled the claim, and kept me informed at each stage of the process. Reviewed on: 5th November 2015

Great value

When the time came to renew my insurance, I did the standard "comparing Meercats", but then thought I'd give Direct Line a try, as I know they're famously not on the comparison sites. Their quote was far and away the cheapest, for a similar level of cover. I've not had cause to make a claim ( and hopefully I never will !! ), so I can't comment on their claims process, but they are one of the best-known names so I anticipate that, should the worst happen, there won't be any problems. Very reasonable home insurance

After receiving my renewal quote from my home insurance, I decided to look around to see if I could get a better offer. I used a few price comparison sites, but found Direct Line the cheapest of the lot and very efficient. I'm now in my second year with them as the price is still very competitive.
