Decent lot

Had to claim once and can't fault them for their support during the whole process. Stayed with them ever since as they are always competitive at renewal and I trust them more than most of the scam artists in this industry... Reviewed on: 12th September 2017

Friendly positive customer service

After swapping home insurance to Direct Line I discovered an error on the policy document, rang customer service they were great, correcting the error and waiving additional cost. Reviewed on: 10th September 2017

WESITE DIFFICULTY

TRYING TO ARRANGE INSURANCE THE WAY I WISHED IT TO BE WAS SO DIFFICULT THAT I RESORTED TO PHONING CUSTOMER SERVICE IN ORDER TO DO SO. I AM STILL NOT SURE IF IT IS THE RIGHT LEVEL OF COVER. Reviewed on: 4th September 2017

Good overall cover at a competitive price.

I use Direct Line for my home insurance as they provide good quality cover. They are really competitive price wise too. I always complete a full quote online and find it much cheaper than the renewal price, plus this year there was an added £10 off for taking cover out online. Reviewed on: 10th August 2017
