I had an accident. Uninsured driver hit me in the back, admitted it was his fault, police came, they have taken statements. Called the insurance and informed them about incident and was left with nothing. Had to arrange transport for the car. Before they contacted me again I had 10 calls from so called solicitors, regards to the accident. Had to chase them for anything to be done. Almost each time I had to give them the details of the accident (when, where, who etc.) I gave them the police ref number 4 times. Almost 3 weeks since incident they send me some form regards the accident because it wasn’t clear whose fault it was. To top it up I’ve waited almost a week for someone to come and pick my car up and provide courtesy car. Which was taken back after few days, because my car got written off; and here the real fun starts here. After they written off the car (leaving me without a car) and me sending back the form, I received a letter from their solicitors that they will make a claim to MIB in my name and they asked same stupid questions. Called them to cancel the insurance (as I have no car) and they said it would cost me 740 pounds! Because I made a claim and it doesn’t matter that the incident wasn’t my fault, not mentioning I lost the ncd because they couldn’t get the costs back. Now it is 4 weeks since the incident and I have no car but have to pay the insurance, so I bought a car ( 2002 carisma ) and called them to change the car on policy. I had a corsa 2005 bought a carisma 2002 and they said I can change the car but the premium will be 220 a month ( was 140) They are useless and they rip off. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2016

Rip off and no customer loyalty

I had used them when I was a student and their costs were always expensive for people under 21 years old. They said the price would improve when I was older. Then when I was 21 they told me it was now under 25's. I found cheaper insurance elsewhere but asked if they could match it to save me moving companies. Customer service was appalling the guy said no it was a fixed price and I'd have to go elsewhere if I wanted cheaper. So I did! I had been a customer for years and they didnt care so I moved to another company. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2016

Yeah, they're OK!

Does what it says on the tin! Rates are ok. Don't like being charged an admin fee to change even simple things on the policy, like my address, but I think everyone does that. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2016

ALERT ALERT

The worse company ever I've had a car insurance with them. I paid nearly 4K for the insurance as I was 17 and few months later I've had a car crash which was the other drivers fault (driver admit to it) when I informed endsleigh about the accident a week later I've received a letter from them saying I need to pay £280 more as apparently I've been using my car to go school/college and also been using it to work daily so I phoned up and spoke to the customer service and I said I don't go school and I can't use my car to go college so that's invalid excuse to rob me for my money (the college was 2 mins away from my house) and I don't have a job so they said apparently that's what I've mentioned to the insurance company when I was informing them about the accident I said no i was on my way back from shopping and advised them to listen to the recorded calls conversation.. Anyways they were harassing me for couple of months and asking me to pay that amount or else they'll take me to court but at that time they took my car away to see if it was repairable but it got declared as a written off.. But because the damage was small on the car and the car was in good condition so I decided to take my car back but when I got my car back it was all scratched (all the doors) and a massive dent on the passenger rear door and the rear bumper and number plate was missing so I phoned them and told them then they sent me a letter and dined everything but when i spoke to them again then they admitted it and mentioned it was there agent fault and offered me £65 to get it repaired and the damage was costing me £1350, and when I reported to them that they damaged my car after that I didn't received any letter to pay that £280.. AVOID THIS INSURANCE COMPANY.. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ASWELL Reviewed on: 11th August 2016
