Would give 0 stars if possible. Have had contents insurance with Endsleigh for 1 year at a cost of roughly £4.99 a month. In the past week I have had an email from them and their credit provider stating my policy has renewed at £10.17 a month (more than double). I've called their customer service team this afternoon to cancel and was quite simply blackmailed. I could either pay £26+ to cancel the policy I had renewed without knowing or look at a cheaper renewal with them for another year. Endsleigh have no proof of receipt of an email or letter confirming they have made me aware of the increase in cost so how can these methods be used as suitable notice. If a letter carries such important details is should be sent via signed for post. I've now paid the £26+ to leave Endsleigh out of principle if nothing else. Fantastic!

I had some trouble at the end of last year with my car insurance with another company, and therefore decided to change to a cheaper provider, this being Endsleigh. They have not only provided me with the cheapest quote, but also delivered excellent customer service by helping me deal with and giving me the best advice with a few issues I had with my old provider, before beginning my contract with them. Cheap but the fees are rediculous

Only with them for the price. However, their fees are massive - I have a home and motor policy with them but they charge you twice if you make a change to the policy mid-term! Reviewed on: 13th August 2018
