43 days into a claim... still no working device

43 days into a claim for my Macbook and still no working device. They'll take your money each month and then prove themselves absolutely useless when you're unfortunate enough to need to claim. Worst service in any sector I have ever experienced. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2017

good company however some of their contractors they use are rubbish

great company very helpful and put customer first however i wouldn't recommend using any of the services they provide when it comes to repair your car after an accident or windscreen they are crap and cause nothing but trouble and problems but endsleigh customer handling team are very efficient and effective Reviewed on: 19th July 2017
