5* service, always explained, quick service

I’ve always received excellent customer service whenever I’ve called or gone in to branch. Staff have always been helpful explaining my options & repayments. They’re friendly & non-judgemental. I have needed 2 loans now for a broken appliance & school uniform when I lost my job; money was in my bank within a few hours. I’d have been stuck without it.
