Poor management and communication amongst colleagues

The manager Catherine Ogori is very passive aggressive. I raised concerns regarding workplace bullying early on in the job and she justified the behaviour of another colleague who she planned on transitioning to management. If you have commitments outside of work even on the weekend you are expected to attend with no overtime. Very unprofessional team starting from management. Reviewed on: 25th January 2023
