AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Had a drunk driver crash into my parked car outside my house on 20th August. After an initial phone call all that happened was the offer of a courtesy car. I really didn't want to lose my car to write off so really wanted to wait and see what their damage assessment would be etc before being locked into a claim with them. Fast forward 4 weeks and absolutely zero contact from them. Finally after writing a bad review on Trustpilot they got in contact. Had taken my car to a local place for assessment of damage which I have shared with them. Two weeks later and just more radio silence from them. Utterly useless - how they are a "service" I have no idea. Will NEVER insure with eSure or other companies owned by them again even if it's the cheapest option. AVOID AVOID AVOID! Simple sign up, clear renewal

Have been with esure for several years now. The initial sign up is really straightforward, policy documents are easily accessible on the website when needed, and I've found the renewals process to be the most transparent of all insurance companies, showing exactly what my new policy will cover and the costs. Renewals have also typically been much better value than switching to similar policies from other providers. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2023

Professional claims handling

Having been in a no fault accident esure acted promptly to arrange for the required repairs and subsequently reclaim the policy access from the other party. Good service comes at a price but for my requirements that price was still one of the most competitive on the market Reviewed on: 22nd August 2023

Never again

Had a NFC that the 3rd party didn’t go their insurer with. Took Esure over 13 months to settle whilst charging me over 4 figures a year for insurance due to their own negligence. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2023

Customer support very appalling

Tried to reduce my car insurance with eSure, since l was a loyal customer for the past 5 years. The customer service representative was not interested in keeping me as a loyal customer. All l could hear was huffing and puffing from her and could clearly hear her colleague talking about car insurance with another customer. Would not recommend this company for any kind of insurance. Leave me with broken car

Leave me with a brother can damaged to driver after it been to the garage so when I called then looking for any excuse to not get the car repair so I have to pay for the the repair myself. They happy to steal from us and not get the job done properly. Reviewed on: 20th August 2023

Huge Prices Hikes for No Reason!

I’ve been an Esure customer for years. Last month my insurance jumped from 86£/month to 131£/month. I called Esure to ask why since absolutely nothing has changed on my policy and they could not give me an answer. Funny enough plenty of other providers are still quoting me around 80-90£/month. Clearly, there hasn’t been a huge nation-wide inflation in insurance prices, but rather Esure trying to squeeze more money out of it’s customers. Terrible service, terrible customer-service. Avoid

A shocking company I had a car accident 1 month ago. Constantly lied to for 3 weeks . Today I was given hope that someone would call me will a valuation only to find out at 4pm when I called to chase them up that wasn't going to happen. Then held for an hour and a half to be cut off the phone. Sent several emails complaining over the last month and still no help. Reviewed on: 5th August 2023

Complete disgrace

Had an accident over a year ago, agreed not my fault and yet no info on how many no claims I've got. I've got to renew insurance and I got 1 year from my 13 of driving( being the last year I haven't been with them) Been on hold for 1 hour 5 minutes no answer... so I phoned on a different phone pretending to have a new claim and answered in 2 mins! Proceeded through with what I actually am phoning for, how many no claims do I have and he says I don't know the third party are yet to respond I heard this 6 months ago! DO YOUR JOB!!
