Worst instance ever

Please don’t waste your money and time they are the worst company for car insurance as far as I know Reviewed on: 18th September 2023

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

They renewed without any notification or renewal quote. Charged a higher amount and then set up a finance agreement in my name without my knowledge! They then charged me £51 to cancel a policy I had no knowledge of! Complaints department were supposed to get back to me within 3 days! No response! I’m now referring it to the FCA and the financial ombudsman! Reviewed on: 18th September 2023

It's just worth experience I can have. Ensure put claim on .y name without informing me about this and after they confirmed that it was no claims. Now they refuse to remove . Customer service is just put you on hold and this after 1 hour waiting to be contacted. Avoid at any cost Reviewed on: 13th September 2023

Do not use

Told a cheque was being sent to my finance company twice now. Waste of time being past to different people in Africa. The claim was badly managed from the start and just keeps dragging on. Reviewed on: 12th September 2023

You need to avoid this company. No backup whatsoever. Had a slight tap in my car. No damage caused but recorded as a self fault which will impact on future insurance. Absolute garbage. Never use again. Reviewed on: 8th September 2023

Terrible customer service

They don’t answer phone calls or respond to emails. Wasted hours of my life. Been on hold now today for 45 minutes. That’s 3 hours of my life so far I won’t get back. Don’t bother with them! Reviewed on: 8th September 2023

Don’t understand why they hire anyone that can’t speak proper English makes it very hard to communicate! Not helpful at all with renewal they just tell you to go online without offering any advice Reviewed on: 4th September 2023

Huge price increase - very disappointing

This year's quote for my car was 61% higher than my payment last year. When I phoned up to question, I was told this was due to the increase in repairs and insurance costs... in just one year? They offered a reduction of 8 % - but obviously time to look for a different provider Reviewed on: 25th August 2023

Horrible service

Every time I try to contact esure claim team to speak with them the waiting time is at least 1h30min the last time after 1h50 minutes of waiting they just ended my call.... Not recommend at all... Reviewed on: 24th August 2023
