very pleasant when notifying of an accident

my car got hit by a van that drove off without stopping. Luckily a passerby got details for me. Esure were very pleasant and helpful when I rang them to register details of the accident. Nice to speak to a person in this country who was very thorough in his attention to detail. Reviewed on: 24th March 2015
