I was the third party they admitted fault sounded very nice then low balled the offer , and refused to negotiate . they also called me 20 times , 10 times in the space of 1 hour , when i work in secure environment unable to answer phone causing phone battery to die .. the app to send pictures of accident was difficult to use and wanted more information than was neccessary Reviewed on: 10th September 2026
