The Cheapest

My second year with Esure car insurance. One of the cheapest around. Reviewed on: 17th September 2016

Finally...wow!

After years of flirting with a large selection of insurers for my car insurance, I have finally found my perfect match! Esure have always matches my best offer and their multi car insurance has saved us loads. Their customer service is top notch too. No complaints here. Thank you Esure! A complete nightmare

I would be very wary about using Esure for car insurance. I have been with them for a few years without issues and had made only one claim in recent years for a small dent. After reporting an incident with an uninsured third party however, I received a letter telling me they were cancelling my policy renewal as they did not consider it economically viable (leaving me with only one day to sort insurance from someone else). I pointed out that I had decided not to begin a claim in the end, and was only then informed that the uninsured driver had made a claim on my policy. Esure had decided to payout to the other driver without contesting the situation or even consulting me (despite the fact that the other party was at least partially at fault for the incident - and was driving illegally). Esure were very unhelpful on the phone, didn't call back with information as they had said they would and I had to chase them to find out what was going on. It seems they did not even the report the other driver to the police, despite having confirmation that he was driving without insurance. I found them to be unhelpful, uninterested in establishing the facts and completely unprofessional. Reviewed on: 9th September 2016

great price for comprehensive car insurance

I used a comparison website ( sorry I can not remember which one ) , anyway of all the results on some sites with similar or fraction dearer prices I chose ESure, which was not a company I knew much about, bearing in mind that when I was 18 I had worked as a Fire Underwriter for Commercial Union Group; so I know a fair amount about numerous insurance companies. Check your renewal letter with Churchill

My car insurance was up for renewal and the incumbents Churchill put up my premium by 60%, no claims or callouts during the year. A quick comparison saw Esure give me the same price as the previous year with Churchill. I informed churchill of my quote and they had the cheek to try and match it. Good provider

Esure offered me the lowest quote on price comparison website - £80 cheaper than my renewal. I was also able to get my windscreen repaired hassle free when it was cracked. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2016

Cheap but basic

Cheap premium, but high charges for everything else including changing address details etc. I would not trust them to pay out either, but have not yet had a chance to find out, fortunately. Reviewed on: 19th August 2016

Good customer service and good prices

Got a really got price from Esure for fully comprehensive car insurance, most competitive price I found. Also, customer service while arranging this and dealing with proof of no claims has been good! Reviewed on: 15th August 2016
