Very unhelpful

I have found this the most unhelpful car insurance company I have ever been insured with me. Most of their employee's on the phone are unhelpful and some are plain rude. I contacted them in regards to accident I was involved in which wasn't my fault and they were very unhelpful in regards to helping me with the claim and they also gave me the wrong information for who and which insurance company I needed to speak to.
